As you get older the challenges become different. Things that you once never thought about become front of centre and other things that you once thought were important may fall by the wayside.
Time can feel like it's running out and some things you just are not physically able to do anymore. Yes, it can be confronting. I don't have the answers but I can muse about it here and maybe add to your life.
However, it's also a time to think about the positive and still get the best out of life. Time is short so make the most of it.
